JAMES LATIMER
James Latimer dedicates his practice to the areas of workers’ compensation and he is a workers’ compensation specialist certified by the State Bar of California. Mr. Latimer is also licensed to practice law in the State of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th District. He is a member of the California State Bar Association and the California Applicant’s Attorney Association. Mr. Latimer opened his practice in 2001 and since that time has represented countless injured workers throughout the Bay Area. He was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and graduated from Brigham Young University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts in communications. In 1992, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puget Sound/Seattle University School of Law. In his spare time, Mr. Latimer likes to spend time with his family, travel and play golf.
